Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Ensure all products are clean, free of horse hair, and in their original branded packaging with all tags still attached.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

  Refund or Exchange Processing

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 working days.
